Modules 1-3: Color Mixing & Brushes
Welcome to class! For the first few modules, we will cover the important techniques & fundamentals you'll need to be successful. We go over all of the supplies, & get started with some basic practice!
Module 4: Bright Happy Abstract
For our first painting, we will create a bright, fun abstract painting! This module is broken down into 2 lessons, where we will paint this fun abstract painting together!
Module 5: Blooming Garden
If you've followed my work for a while, you know I love florals! In these lessons, we will paint a blooming floral garden in our sketchbook using only a few colors!
Module 6: Matisse Lady
Ever wanted to create portraits? These lessons are so fun, as we use just a few simple colors to create this painting of a lady inspired by Matisse!
Module 7: Peony Bouquet
There are so many fun ways to paint florals. In these lessons, we will create a peony bouquet in a vase!
Module 8: Simple Landscape
Come paint a luscious countryside landscape with me in this module!

I used to be terrified at the thought of learning to paint. I had always done something creative like knitting, felting or quilting but I thought painting was for “real artists” and I didn’t think that was me. In this class we are paring things down to the essentials to help us expand our confidence and knowledge of color and brushes as well as inspiration sources.
